Bank Associate/Officer (Corporate Transaction Officer) #JTL - Part-Time

• Support corporate clients with day to day Trade Operations settlement instructions over the phone.
• Attend to clients' enquiries and provide timely, accurate support on trade related transactions.
• Record all client interactions in accordance with SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of trade transactions.
• Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with UOB policies and operational guidelines.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Trade Operations team as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum A/ITE/Diploma with some office work experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
