Bank Processing Officer (Operations Admin) - Part-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous Processing Officer to support the Bank's Credit Card and Unsecured Lending operations. This role is responsible for reviewing customer documents, processing applications accurately, maintaining account information, and ensuring all transactions are completed in accordance with the Bank's operational and regulatory requirements.

Highlights

• Review and validate customers' income and supporting documents for Credit Card and Unsecured Loan applications.
• Process new account setups, account maintenance, and application updates within the Bank's internal systems.
• Perform data verification and accurately input information across multiple banking platforms.
• Respond to enquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders relating to Credit and Debit Card application processing.
• Ensure all processing activities are completed within service standards while adhering to the Bank's policies and regulatory guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in banking operations, loan processing, credit card processing, administration, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high-volume data accurately.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of banking products or card origination processes will be an added advantage.
