Building & Facilities Executive / Manager
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm
💼 Employment: Contract (Yearly Renewable)
💰 Salary: $4,500 – $6,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance and minor repairs to building facilities
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary systems
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to schedule
• Troubleshoot and respond to facilities-related issues and breakdowns
• Monitor building equipment and report abnormalities
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors
• Support fire safety checks and general safety inspections
• Maintain maintenance records, logs and reports
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements
• Support office layout changes, furniture installation and equipment relocation when required
