Building & Facilities Executive / Manager #HMSC - Part-Time

📍 Location: 3 bus stops from Joo Koon MRT, no company transport)

🕗 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm

💰 Salary: $4,500 – $5,600/month

📄 Employment: 1-Year Renewable Contract

Position: Building & Facilities Executive / Manager (Individual Contributor)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance and minor repairs of building structures and facilities.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to schedule.
• Troubleshoot and respond promptly to facilities issues and breakdowns.
• Monitor building equipment and report abnormalities.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.
• Support fire safety system checks and workplace safety inspections.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and regulatory requirements.
• Support office layout changes, furniture installation and equipment relocation when required.
