Job Description & Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients using our software applications, handling general inquiries and routing technical issues to the development team.
Prepare and send client onboarding kits, user guides, and service agreement documents.
Schedule and coordinate client demo sessions, feedback calls, and post-launch review meetings.
Maintain and update the client relationship management (CRM) database with accurate contact and interaction records.
Collect client feedback and compile weekly reports for the Product Manager.
Job Requirements:
No minimum education required; we prioritize excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus, but not required.
Basic understanding of software/SaaS terminology is helpful (we will teach you the rest).
Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, professional telephone/email manner.
Must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, and Management).
