💰 Salary
• N / O / A Levels / NITEC: $10.50/hour
• Diploma: $13/hour

📍 Location: Eunos
📅 Contract Duration: Until 31 March 2027

⏰ Working Hours
• Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
• Must be flexible to start at 7:00am or 7:30am on certain days (will end earlier accordingly)
• 44 hours per week

🌟 Job Responsibilities
• Provide frontline customer service support
• Register patients and schedule appointments
• Assist patients with self-service kiosks and digital services
• Manage patient flow within the clinic
• Attend to patient enquiries professionally
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
