The Opportunity

Join our Greater Asia Commercial Excellence (ComEx) team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate value, drive adoption, and connect with Sales & Marketing teams across the region.

This isn't your typical intern filing job. You'll be the engine behind our internal communications — centralizing, streamlining, and professionalizing the way we share updates, learning content, and strategic messaging across multiple markets.

What You'll Do

• Own internal communications — Maintain and elevate our Commercial Excellence pages, keeping content current, accessible, and visually sharp.
• Craft compelling updates — Gather inputs from cross-functional teams and produce short, impactful internal summaries and newsletters.
• Simplify the complex — Transform business strategies and guidance into clear, visual assets: one-pagers, quick reference guides, and ready-to-use templates.
• Drive coordination — Track timelines, follow up on reviews, and keep content releases moving across teams and markets.
• Develop your craft — Learn to create structured, on-brand content that helps employees act with clarity and confidence.
• Grow into ownership — As you build confidence, take on greater responsibility for content development and larger strategic initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• ✅ Currently enrolled at a University or College and able to commence a 6-month internship ASAP
• ✅ Strong writing and content-structuring skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, digestible messaging
• ✅ Familiarity with digital communications platforms (e.g., intranets, internal portals, content management tools)
• ✅ An internal marketing mindset — audience-focused, message-driven, and practical
• ✅ Excellent organization and follow-through in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder, multi-country environment
• ✅ Good judgment on brand consistency, layout design, and accessibility
