Compliance Manager - Up To 9k #HMS - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the registered Data Protection Officer (DPO) for Singapore.
• Develop, implement and maintain APAC compliance policies, procedures, training materials and employee awareness programmes.
• Manage compliance findings, audit issues and risk remediation until closure.
• Lead the annual risk assessment programme covering:Information SecurityData ProtectionHealth & Safety (HSE)Environmental ComplianceESG
• Coordinate annual compliance activities such as:Business Continuity Plan (BCP) exercisesCall tree testingCompliance documentation reviewsVendor due diligence
• Maintain the APAC Legal Risk Register.
• Conduct annual site audits covering HSE, Fire Safety, Information Security, Data Protection and ESG.
• Support global ESG reporting by gathering carbon emission data.
• Attend monthly country and compliance governance meetings.
• Manage and respond to client security questionnaires, compliance assessments and due diligence requests.
• Investigate and report Information Security, Data Protection and HSE incidents.
• Drive the development and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Support commercial activities through compliance reviews, contract reviews (especially data protection clauses), sales bid compliance and client portal submissions.
• Review, update and continuously improve compliance policies and procedures.
