Job Description - Contract Admin Assistant (Healthcare/Lifescience) #HHW - Part-Time

Job Scope:

Tactful handling of phone calls and call-in enquiries
Meticulous handling of queries and requests from superiors and colleagues
Performed close support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained
Faxing, filing, scanning and photocopying of documents
Provision of administrative support to the department
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Min GCE "O" Levels and above
Prior experience in administrative field would be an added advantage
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
Able to commit at least 3-6 months or longer
