Contract Admin Executive (3 - 6 Months/ Up To $2800) Ref: GAS - Part-Time

• Monday to Friday; office hours
• Walkable distance from Tanjong Pager MRT station
• 3– 6 months Contract; Up to $3500 (Basic Salary)

Our client, an established government-linked agency in the community health sector, is seeking for suitable candidates to join the growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and coordination support for the implementation and rollout of an integrated IT system, including UAT, training and onboarding activities.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, user guides, training materials and project-related documents.
• Coordinate training schedules, user account setup, meetings and other project logistics.
• Monitor and track system issues, liaise with vendors, and follow up on issue resolution.
• Update and maintain system information, resource materials and documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth implementation and day-to-day operation of the system.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline with 4 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management skills
