CONTRACT ADMIN IMMEDIATE 1 YR CONTRACT RENEWABLE - Part-Time

Salary: $ 2,500 to $2,800

Working hours: MON TO FRI: 12:45pm to 9:30pm

Working Location: Suntec

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with front desk operations, including welcoming guests, serving beverages, and managing incoming calls and deliveries.
• Manage pantry inventory by ordering, restocking, and organizing snacks, beverages, coffee, and essential office supplies.
• Ensure office cleanliness and coordinate with building management and external vendors for maintenance and repair works.
• Support general office administration by monitoring stationery inventory, maintaining digital and physical filing systems, and assisting with data entry and report preparation.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support across departments and assist in organizing internal office events, meetings, and team lunches.
