As we continue to expand, we are seeking experienced Curriculum Developers in Mathematics, Science and Business to design engaging, high-quality learning materials that help students achieve outstanding academic outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Develop curriculum resources for IB, IGCSE, A-Level and AP programmes.
• Design lesson plans, teaching notes, worksheets, revision packages, assessments and model answers aligned with the latest syllabus requirements.
• Create concept-based learning materials that strengthen critical thinking, application and examination skills.
• Review and update existing curriculum content to ensure accuracy, relevance and alignment with curriculum changes.
• Work closely with teachers to improve teaching resources based on classroom feedback.
• Ensure all materials maintain a high standard of academic quality, consistency and pedagogical effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Mathematics, Science, Business, Education, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of at least one international curriculum: IB, Cambridge IGCSE, A-Level or AP.
• Previous experience in curriculum development, instructional design, assessment design or academic content creation is highly desirable.
• Classroom teaching experience in an international curriculum is an advantage.
• Excellent written English and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Experience developing digital learning resources or integrating educational technology is an added advantage.
