Customer Engagement Associate - Part-Time

About the Role

Ishver International is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Customer Engagement Associates. In this role, you will represent brands through face-to-face interactions, events, and marketing campaigns while building meaningful relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns
• Build awareness and interest in products and services
• Support customer acquisition and engagement initiatives
• Represent client brands professionally
• Work closely with team members to achieve campaign objectives
• Gather customer feedback and insights
• Contribute to a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Diploma/Nitec or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-based environment
