Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
• Manage Case Management system admin operations including role assignments, basic report generation and category maintenance
• Assist with corporate gifts management and coordination
• Assist with adding and removing of Billing Contacts for organisations
2. Mail and Courier Management
• Prepare outgoing mail (registered, local and overseas) for postage
• Coordinate courier deliveries and pickups with proper record keeping
• Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery and pickup completion
3. Customer Service Operations
• Provide professional customer service by responding to enquiries across service touchpoints within Service Level Agreement
• Handle customer enquiries, assess and route/escalate cases to appropriate teams (L2/L3) in accordance with established workflows
Qualifications and Experience:
• Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Good written communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, professional, and empathetic email responses
• Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Basic technical proficiency (basic computer literacy, basic knowledge of excel, quick learning of new systems, able to navigate different systems)
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Able to work both collaboratively and independently
