Customer Relations Officer #TNJHJ - Part-Time

We are hiring a Customer Relations Officer to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the mall information counter and attend to customer enquiries.
• Assist with shopping mall promotions, redemption programmes, and gift voucher transactions.
• Handle customer feedback via walk-ins and phone calls, and raise work orders for tenants' technical requests.
• Perform daily sales reconciliation and settlement of gift vouchers.
• Minimum A Levels or Diploma with at least 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience.

Others:

• Location: Near Esplanade/Promenade MRT
• Working Hours: 5-day rotating shift (Morning: 9.30am – 7.00pm / Afternoon: 12.30pm – 10.00pm)
• Salary: Up to $2,400
• Contract Period: Till End Dec 2027
