Customer Service & Operations Executive (1 Year Contract) (Tengah) #NKC - Part-Time

• Provide professional customer service by contacting customers to arrange appointments and handle enquiries

• Maintain and update records in spreadsheets and databases, including schedules and service activities

• Coordinate deployment of teams or contractors based on operational requirements and latest updates

• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery

• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and satisfactory outcomes

• Improve and maintain tracking systems and databases for better accuracy, reporting, and efficiency

• Generate operational reports for management and stakeholders
