Key Responsibilities

☎️ Customer Service Support
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally
• Respond to customer enquiries via email
• Provide accurate information and assistance
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer requests

📝 Administrative Support
• Data entry and maintenance of customer records
• Filing, document management, and general administrative duties
• Prepare reports and track customer enquiries
• Update information accurately in internal systems

🤝 Problem Resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Escalate complex cases when necessary
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
