Customer Service Officer - Part-Time

Location: Buona Vista

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hour

Work Type: 9-Month Contract

Salary: $ 2,760 per month

What you will be working on?

Administrative Support

• Manage Case Management system admin operations including role assignments, basic report generation and category maintenance
• Assist with corporate gifts management and coordination
• Assist with adding and removing of Billing Contacts for organisation

Mail and Courier Management

• Prepare outgoing mail (registered, local and overseas) for postage
• Coordinate courier deliveries and pickups with proper record keeping
• Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery and pickup completion

Customer Service Operations

• Provide professional customer service by responding to enquiries across company service touchpoints within Service Level Agreement
• Handle customer enquiries, assess and route/escalate cases to appropriate teams (L2/L3) in accordance with established workflows

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum O Level with relevant experience in customer service or administration.
• Basic technical proficiency (basic computer literacy, basic knowledge of excel, quick learning of new systems, able to navigate different systems).
