Administrative Support
Manage general office administration, including filing, document control, and record management.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer and company databases.
Generate periodic reports and provide administrative support for audits and compliance requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs and provide updates on service status.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in administration and/or customer service roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
