Period: 1 year contract (Renewable/Convertible)

Location: Boon Lay

Working Hours: Mon – Fri (7:30am-5:15pm)

Salary: Up to $3500

Job Descriptions: 

• Extract and verify maintenance job data from enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

• Load, validate, and reconcile datasets within Business Intelligence (BI) platforms

• Verify KPI computations based on established workflows and calculation methodologies

• Prepare and present KPI reports to internal and external stakeholders

• Maintain proper documentation and archive KPI outputs to support audit and traceability requirements

• Contribute to initiatives that enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and process improvements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field)

• Relevant experience in data processing, reporting, or administrative operations is an advantage

• Candidates without experience may apply as training will be provided

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and BI tools is advantageous

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
