Data Entry Assistant (Export Ops Dept) – 3-Month Contract - Part-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support our Clients, Export Department of a leading global logistics company. This is a 3-month contract role based in Changi South, suitable for entry-level candidates who are organized, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of export shipment records into internal systems
• Verify and update shipping documentation and export-related data
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure data completeness and accuracy
• Generate and maintain reports using MS Excel
• Assist with general administrative and operational support for the Export Department

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, data sorting, vlookup)
• Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
• Able to commit to a 3-month contract

Salary: $2,300 per month
Location: Changi South
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Contract Duration: 3 months (commitment required)
