Data Entry Assistant (6-Month Contract)

Location: Tuas
Working hours: Mon – Fri; 8.30am – 5,30pm

• 2-way company transport provided (pick-up/drop-off at Jurong East MRT)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of finance-related documents and records into the company's system.
• Verify data for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• Assist in organizing, filing, and maintaining finance documents in both physical and electronic formats.
• Perform basic administrative duties, including document scanning, photocopying, and filing.
• Support the Finance team with any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Immediate or short notice candidates will be preferred.
