Digital Health Programme Coordinator - Part-Time

Job Summary:

• 10-11 month contract
• Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6 pm; Friday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
• Location: Outram Park

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day programme operations and coordination
• Track participant enrolment, engagement, and programme progress
• Handle enquiries and provide support to participants and stakeholders
• Coordinate programme activities, follow-ups, and implementation logistics
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for digital platforms
• Prepare participant communications, reminders, and engagement tracking reports
• Maintain proper records, reports, and administrative documentation
• Support marketing-related activities and other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Health sciences, Marketing, Communications or related fields
• Preferably possess at least 3 years of experience in operations, coordination, administrative, or customer-facing roles
• Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
• Exposure to marketing and operations tools such as Canva, FormSG, or similar platforms
• Preferably possess experience supporting digital platforms and programme initiatives
