Discipline Support Officer Ang Mo Kio - Part-Time

1) Assist school’s Discipline team in the following areas:

• Managing and tracking of late-comers
• Managing and tracking of students on detention and suspension
• Patrolling within and outside school compound during and after school hours
• Supporting investigation of discipline cases
• providing guidance to students involved in discipline cases

(2) Provide administrative and operations support for school events.

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary school education
• At least 1 year of working experience working with students/teenagers, preferably in the area of discipline management
• Good team player
• Possess good people skills and able to engage students, contact parents and liaise with teachers; demonstrates patience and empathy
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve targets set
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, sufficient to perform day-to-day administrative tasks independently
