E-Commerce Operations Intern - Part-Time

support the company’s day-to-day e-commerce operations across platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify and other online marketplaces. The role will involve assisting with product listings, sales analysis, campaign tracking, order fulfilment coordination and process improvement. The intern may also support the team in exploring digital tools, automation, and AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, updating and maintaining product listings across e-commerce platforms
• Monitor product pricing, stock availability, promotions and campaign performance
• Track sales, orders, platform fees, vouchers and profit margins
• Prepare weekly or monthly sales and performance reports
• Analyse product, campaign, affiliate and livestream performance
• Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, logistics and customer service teams
• Assist in monitoring order fulfilment, delivery issues and customer feedback
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows and suggest improvements
• Support the development of dashboards, trackers and reporting templates
• Research and test digital, automation or AI tools that can improve productivity
• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures and internal processes
• Perform other e-commerce and business-related duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, E-commerce, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism Management or a related field.
• Interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, business operations and technology
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Comfortable working with numbers, reports and performance data
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate clearly and work with different departments
• Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment
• Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage
• Knowledge of data analytics, dashboards, automation or AI tools is an advantage
• Prior internship or work experience is not required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
