What You'll Be Doing

• Engage on digital banking products and promotions

• Assist customers with digital account opening and onboarding

• Introduce banking products, benefits and ongoing campaigns

• Support customer enquiries and provide basic banking assistance

• Achieve daily engagement and acquisition targets

• Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints

• Support promotional activities and events on campus
