Engagement Officer - Part-Time

Monthly basic + Completion bonus

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with communities.

Review programmes and suggest improvements

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirement:

At least 3 years of experience working with community groups.

Effective communicator with experience engaging diverse stakeholders

Good analytical skills with strong numerical and data literacy.

Able to work evenings, weekends, and after office hours to engage with external stakeholders.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders.

Able to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Passionate about building and strengthening community relationships
