Engineering Group Administrator (2-Year Renewable Contract) - Part-Time

This position is a 2-year renewable contract role. The successful candidate will be employed by a third-party agency and assigned to support Teradyne on-site.

Opportunity Overview

1. Provide daily administrative support to the Singapore engineering organisation, ensuring smooth execution of operational activities.
2. Coordinate local procurement activities, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and invoice tracking
3. Prepare and issue quotations, maintain data tracking, and generate regular reports for management review
4. Manage and coordinate team schedules for internal meetings, customer meetings, and external engagements.
5. Handle departmental finance administration and maintain personnel‑related administrative records.
6. Assist with ad‑hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

All About You:

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant administrative or operations support experience, preferably in a technical or engineering environment
• Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is an advantage
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Experience with Oracle MRP systems is desirable
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive mindset with the ability to recommend and implement process improvements
