Engineering Sales Admin (1 Year Contract, Tuas, Up To $3500) - Part-Time

• 1 year contract subject to renewal
• Salary: up to $3500 x 12 months

Role Summary:

Supporting the administrative work for the service team, working with the Fulfilment Manager, Business Analyst, Sales leaders, and Training Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:-

• Managing the Service Team asset - Calibration planning and keeping track of Field Service Equipment& assets.
• Supporting the Field Engineers in documentation for site entry
• Support and coordinate with the training manager for customer training.
• Supporting Business Analyst in PO booking
• Supporting Business Analyst in document check and filing of service projects.
• Raise and track purchase requests for external and internal buyouts.
• Coordinate with engineers to receive/send spare parts (logistics).
• Assisting engineers in raising warranty requests to the factory.
• Other Ad-hoc task.

Requirements

• A level and Diploma holder
• 1 – 3 Years of relevant sales admin experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in SAP and Ariba is compulsory
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Can work independently
