[Entry Level] Admin Assistant (Up To $2,500) #BTS - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Perform reception duty for Management Office and assist with concierge duties where required
• Prepare monthly management report
• Assist with petty cash management
• Manage season parking application, billing, termination and programming
• Maintain season parking master listing and prepare monthly reports
• Handle all enquiries on carpark matters
• Responsible for maintenance of Management Office logistics
• Use system to create work orders and generate reports
• Prepare tenants maintenance and insurance records submission
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
