Events And Outreach Executive (Community Engagement) - Part-Time

We are seeking a community-focused professional to drive stakeholder engagement, strengthen partnerships, and foster social cohesion across diverse communities.

• Up to $4,500 per month
• 3-month contract in the first instance, renewable for another 9 months
• Mon - Fri, office hours *Subject to operational needs
• Central Area

What to expect:

• Proactively engage diverse religious communities and organisations to strengthen partnerships, enhance communication, and foster collaborative relationships.
• Build and maintain partnerships with government agencies, community stakeholders, and private sector organisations to support social cohesion and community resilience.
• Coordinate and facilitate programmes, activities, and community engagement initiatives that promote interfaith understanding through dialogues, learning journeys, and collaborative platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate engagement strategies and initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhancement to improve the effectiveness and impact of outreach efforts.
• Provide administrative and operational support for committees and stakeholder groups to ensure smooth coordination, communication, and implementation of initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in Event Management, Community Engagement, or relevant roles.
• Willing to work on evenings, weekends and/or after office hours engagements with community leaders when required.
• Strong acumen for data and financials and literacy skills.
