💰 Hourly Rate (Based on Qualifications)

• Min Under Diploma / O Level / A Level: $10/hr
• Min Diploma: $11/hr
• Min Undergraduate: $12/hr
• Min Degree Holder: $15/hr

Looking for candidates with experience or interest in event coordination, stakeholder engagement, research support, communications, writing, and project administration.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Labour Research Conference 2026
• Assist with publication and distribution of the Singapore Labour Journal 2026
• Conduct desktop research, literature scans, and literature reviews
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, publications, infographics, and research materials
• Draft professional emails and support stakeholder communications
• Assist with research administration, collaboration agreements, and grant application evaluations
• Support survey design, focus group discussions, interview preparation, data collection, coding, and analysis where required
• Provide administrative and operational support for strategy development projects
