Events Coordinator (11-Mth Contract Central Region Up To $3,300) - Part-Time

We are looking for an Events Executive to support the planning and execution of flagship events, seminars, and official visits, including high-profile conferences and symposiums.

This is a hands-on coordination role. You will work closely with the Events Management Unit to ensure events run smoothly from planning through to post-event wrap-up.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate event logistics (venues, vendors, registration, and onsite operations)

• Prepare briefing documents, event materials, and programme information

• Support stakeholder coordination and secretariat duties for meetings and visits

• Maintain event databases, filing systems, and procurement records

• Assist with event-related communications: website content updates, digital platforms, and internal channels

• Provide admin support for senior management and Chairman engagements

Who we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in events administration, event operations, or a related field

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working with stakeholders and as part of a team

• Background in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or Communications is a plus
