Events Co-Ordinator (Woodlands, Entry Level) - Part-Time

We are looking for a meticulous individual to assist in our events involving community outreach and youth engagement.

• Up to $3,600 per month
• Contract till 31 Jan 2027
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Woodlands MRT

What to expect:

• Assist in administrative and logistical arrangements for partnership and outreach events.
• Co-rdinate and procure event logistics, prepare event invitations, and compile participant attendance and feedback.
• Process acknowledgements, maintain accurate donor databases and prepare financial documentation.
• Support the planning and implementation of youth engagement activities.
• Manage administrative tasks including vendor sourcing and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma in Events Management or relevant disciplines with 1 year of experience in Event Support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised and meticulous.
