Executive Assistant, HR (Data Management) #HZTS - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Processing, Documentation & Filing

• Perform data entry for new hires, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are accurately completed.
• Assist the In Service team in updating staff data in myHR (e.g., Transfers, Re-designation, Contract extension etc.).
• Support offboarding data updates for resignees.
• Ensure all related documentation is properly P filed according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

2. Operational & Team Support

• Provide support to both the Onboarding and In Service teams during operational peaks.
• Help grant SharePoint access to users as required.
• Cover duties for colleagues who are on leave to ensure continuity of operations.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder
• Data management experience will be advantageous
