What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer management, and successful placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, delivering a consultative and professional recruitment experience.
• Proactively source quality talent through online platforms, networking, referrals, databases, and market research.
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across various industries and functions.
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and role suitability.
• Advise clients on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and recruitment best practices.
• Prepare compelling candidate profiles and present suitable talent to clients.
• Coordinate closely with hiring stakeholders to ensure an efficient and positive recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates throughout the hiring journey.
• Continuously identify new business opportunities while strengthening long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication, professionalism, and timely follow-up.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, sales, business development, or a client-facing role is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
