Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client consultation through candidate placement.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage quality talent through multiple recruitment channels, professional networks, and market research.
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate suitability for opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing professional advice throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare job advertisements, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative sourcing strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.
• Stay informed of industry trends and market intelligence to provide valuable hiring insights.
• Support offer management, candidate negotiations, onboarding coordination, and post-placement follow-up.
