What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted recruitment partner.
• Source quality candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' experience, competencies, and career aspirations.
• Prepare candidate profiles and provide market insights to clients throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various industries.
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver timely and effective recruitment outcomes.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.
