As an Executive Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions while building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and successful placements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and attract quality candidates through various sourcing channels, networking, and market research.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate experience, skills, and overall suitability.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities using internal systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Stay informed of industry developments and market trends to provide valuable recruitment insights.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, sales, business development, or a client-facing role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative, and performance-driven environment.
