Executive Staff (3-Month Contract) #TNJHJ - Part-Time

We are hiring Executive staff to be outsourced to our clients

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the MOE Tuition Grant (TG) application and signing process for Academic Year 2026
• Attend to phone calls and email enquiries related to tuition grants and tuition fees
• Liaise with other Autonomous Universities on MOE Tuition Grant verification matters
• Assist with data entry, document verification, and record accuracy checks
• Support PET learner management-related administrative tasks
• Perform other general administrative duties as assigned

Location: Punggol Coast MRT
Working hours: 8.30am –6pm (Mon to Thurs), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
Salary: $2760
Duration: 1 July to 30 Sep 2026
