This role involves end-to-end recruitment delivery with a strong focus on sourcing strategy, stakeholder engagement, and candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring teams to understand role requirements, design search approaches, and deliver high-quality talent pipelines across diverse functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements clearly
  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies using market research, competitor mapping, and targeted outreach
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment cycles including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and placement
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through multiple channels including networks, databases, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess capability, experience, and role fit
  • Provide insights and recommendations to hiring stakeholders on talent market trends and hiring strategies
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and delivery outcomes
