Executive X2 [Programme/Grant Management] - Part-Time

• Location: Buona Vista
• Working Hours: Office Hours
• Salary: Up to $3,000 per month + Completion bonus
• Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, including the preparation, review, and tracking of grant or agreement documentation.
• Support programme management activities, including data collection, monitoring, evaluation, and progress tracking.
• Prepare reports, briefs, presentations, and other materials for meetings and management updates.
• Coordinate programme onboarding and implementation activities, including stakeholder communications and administrative documentation.
• Provide administrative support for pilot projects, programme expansion initiatives, and procurement or tender processes.
• Organise meetings, focus groups, interviews, surveys, and other engagement activities, including logistics and meeting materials.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team, including ad hoc projects and other assigned duties.

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Public Policy, Business Administration or related fields
• Prior internship or work experience in grant management, the social service sector, community development, research, or project coordination will be an advantage
