Facilities Admin Support (Bank/ 1 Year Contract/$2,600) - Part-Time

Job Summary

Your duties cover administration for facilities, mailbox management and learning management system between the bank and its partner university.

Responsibilities

• Manage room bookings for the bank and campus to optimise usage
• Oversee day-to-day training facility operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of all activities in the campus
• Manage catering requirements for associated room bookings
• Collaborate with the university IT and facilities team to resolve any issues (e.g. technical troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance) to ensure optimal infrastructure performance
• Manage overall campus resources (e.g. flip charts, stationery, refreshments etc.) to ensure adequate supply and provision in the rooms
• Mailbox Management & Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

Requirements

• 1 year of revelant experience
• Strong microsoft excel knowledge
• Recognised university degree in any function
