From $2.6k, Admin - Booking Facility/Program (Fun Casual Work Env) - Part-Time

🌈We are hiring for a General, Booking and Finance admin, APPLY today if you think this is the position for you!!🌈

Booking Admin:
🌈Assist customers on booking of app facilities
🌈Ensure customers adhere to the booking terms and conditions and being prompt in their payment
🌈Manage the mailbox and ensure timely follow up on any booking requests received
🌈Attend to users’ feedback, queries, request for quotations and complaints

General Program Admin:
🌈Administration and consolidated data entry for interim program online system solution
🌈Assessment participant administration and stakeholder coordination
🌈Assist with any ad-hoc queries or technical issues faced by stakeholders
🌈Supporting the team on all other administrative work related to SwimSafer or Aquatics sports related projects

Finance Admin:
🌈Process billings based on booking requests from ActiveSG
🌈Process and work with ActiveSG on receipting from customers
🌈Perform daily reconciliation of receipts via credit card and PayNow
🌈Prepare audit schedules for balance sheet items
🌈Analyse/Prepare reports to track deferred revenue

Salary:
🌈$2600 - Exec Asst
🌈$3000 - Senior Exec Asst

Others:

🌈12 months contract
🌈Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm
🌈1 min walk from Stadium MRT
