We are hiring a part time Front Desk Executive!
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct administrative & operational tasks
2. Liaise with parents & respond promptly to queries
3. Keeping a proper record of student data, admissions & withdrawal of students
4. Assist with collection of payments & maintain accurate records
5. Ensure the centre is maintained to high standard of cleanliness 
6. Keeping a good record of stock inventory 
7. Keeping classrooms well stocked with required materials & stationery
Requirements: 
* GCE “O” Level Certificate or higher
* Preferably 1 year relevant work experience
* A passionate & nurturing approach when interacting with children
* A professional & courteous manner when communicating with parents/guardians 
* Excellent organisation & housekeeping skills
* Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint 
* Willing to work on weekends & 3 weekdays
