Front Desk (Multiple Locations) - Part-Time

We have a total of 7 studios in Singapore, 3 Spin studios and 4 Yoga Studios. 

Spin studio locations - Tanjong Pagar, Orchard and Bugis

Yoga studio locations - Tanjong Pagar, Punggol, Bedok and Tampines 

You are responsible for ensuring a positive, smooth experience for clients. Duties include:

• Greeting clients, managing check-ins, and providing class and membership information
• Answering inquiries via phone and in-person
• Managing bookings, inventory, and payments
• Keeping the studio, reception, locker rooms, and bathrooms clean and organised
• Adhering to studio policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Ensure the studio is set up for classes, which may include checking bikes, arranging the space, and verifying that all equipment is functioning properly.
• Assisting instructors with class setup and client preparation
• Ensuring equipment and tech (bikes, sound systems, lighting) are ready
• Supporting outdoor events (bike setup, check-ins, basic front desk duties)
