Job Summary

You will provide warm welcome to clients at a high-end beauty and well-being centre, manage appointment scheduling and client arrivals, support daily administrative tasks, and collaborate with sales and promotional activities to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly with a cheerful smile to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Answer phone calls promptly and manage the appointment system to ensure efficient scheduling
• Coordinate client arrivals to optimize service flow and reduce wait times
• Perform daily administrative and front desk duties to support smooth centre operations
• Maintain positive client relationships by providing attentive and professional service throughout their visit
• Support daily chores by keeping the centre clean, serving drinks to clients, and collecting payments
