Global Sales Administrator (1-Yr Contract) - Part-Time

Job Purpose

This role assists in various tasks related to Systems Bookings and Revenue with the Global Sales Administration team for a 12-month period due to anticipated increase in business activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Support sales administrative process for Sales operations globally
• Assist in following up with Sales on Booking documents
• Uploading of Booking documents
• Maintain hard copies of booking documents on booking folders for audit purposes
• Follow up on approvals of Booking documents
• Follow up on Proof of Delivery and perform goods receipt of shipment
• Maintain records for KPI

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business/Marketing with at least 2 years' working experience in relevant field
• Proficient in MS Office Applications with knowledge of formula usage in Excel and SAP
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Meticulous and analytical
• Open to working planned paid overtime when needed
• Good command of English and Mandarin as the role requires some interaction with Chinese office.
