[GOVT] Senior Executive (Operations Support) - Part-Time

Duration: 3 months (extendable)

Salary: $3,700 – $4,200 per month

Work Location: Toa Payoh

We are seeking a Senior Executive (Operations Support) to support the smooth operations of hawker centres. The role covers tenancy management, cleaning and facilities coordination, as well as feedback and appeals handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Hawkers’ Associations (HA), Town Councils (TC), and SFA to address cleanliness, safety, pest control, tenancy extensions, and Repair & Redecoration (R&R) improvement works
• Conduct routine checks on stall operations, including licensing compliance, pricing display, encroachment, and general upkeep
• Manage tenancy matters, including applications, transfers, assignments, joint operations, changes, and rental waivers
• Handle public feedback, iCARE cases, and appeals in a timely and professional manner, in line with service standards
• Ensure stallholder compliance with programmes such as the Productive Hawker Centre (PHC) and Incubation Stall Programme (ISP)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Organised, meticulous, and able to multi-task
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Independent, resourceful, and a good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to work outside office hours, including weekends when required
