[GOVT] Simulation Training Specialist (Contract) - JL - Part-Time

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct research on simulation training best practices, emerging technologies and industry trends for the development of research initiatives, e.g. Competency Framework for Incident Management in Simulation Training, Crowd Management POC etc;

· Collate, analyse and housekeep all data from research initiatives and collaborations;

· Oversee the expansion of Simulation Centre through liaising with vendors and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth handover/takeover and renovation works;

· Assist in conceptualizing and organizing a physical simulation Community of Practice (CoP);

· Assist in administrative duties for Operations and Training Branch, such as managing requests for booking of facilities for exercises and study visits, providing admin and logistical support during study visits by local/foreign agencies to simulation centres etc.

· Undertake any secondary appointments, duties or projects assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

· Preferably at least 2 years of experience in Simulation Research or other relevant fields.

· Only Singaporeans.
